Toyota is committed to developing technologies to ensure that you derive optimal enjoyment from your Toyota vehicle. From time to time, we may need to repair or replace a vehicle component to help maintain the quality and safety of your vehicle. As a Toyota owner or lessee, you will be notified by mail if your vehicle requires repairs or servicing and you will be instructed as to how to obtain the repair or servicing at NO COST TO YOU.

Campaigns conducted by Toyota can be Safety Recall Campaigns and/or Limited Service Campaigns. Certain Warranty Enhancement Programs may also be applicable to your vehicle.

Toyota Canada has to notify you when there’s a recall notice, but if you’re the second, third or fourth owner of the car, the company may be sending the notice to a previous owner. Toyota Canada encourages calling High River Toyota to make sure it has your up-to-date information in its files so you have a better chance of getting notified if there’s a problem in the future.

If you would like to find out if your vehicle is affected by a recent safety recall or limited service campaign, please go to the High River Toyota website, then go to service. There will be an option to search campaign enter your Vehicle Identification Number (VIN).
